1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the hz88 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the hz88 website, mobile application and any related services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the hz88 platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. hz88 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and hz88. They govern all aspects of your relationship with the platform, including but not limited to account creation, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, casino gameplay, sports betting, bonus participation and responsible gaming obligations.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the hz88 platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. hz88 is strictly an adults-only platform. Minors are prohibited from registering or using any service on the platform.
• You must be a human individual. Corporate entities, automated accounts and bot registrations are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active hz88 account. One account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will be subject to review and may be closed.
• You must not be self-excluded from the platform. Players who have previously applied for self-exclusion are not eligible to re-register during the exclusion period.
• The information you provide during registration must be accurate and complete. hz88 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and to suspend or close accounts where identity verification fails or where false information has been provided.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you register on hz88, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method. This information is used to verify your identity and to process deposits and withdrawals in PKR correctly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. hz88 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features available in your account settings. Do not share your login details with anyone else.

Any activity carried out from your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact hz88 support immediately. hz88 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• One account per player. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your hz88 account to another person.
• Account details can be updated by contacting support with identity verification. Self-service changes to certain fields may be restricted for security reasons.
• hz88 may request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Transactions

All transactions on the hz88 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are credited to your hz88 account balance in PKR. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect within moments of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. hz88 does not control delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, identity verification must be completed. This is a one-time requirement — once your identity is verified, subsequent withdrawal requests process faster. hz88 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks at any time.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• hz88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals may be withheld pending verification or where there is reasonable suspicion of policy violation or fraudulent activity.
• Balances consisting of bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for bonus terms.
• Deposits made from payment methods not belonging to you are not permitted. hz88 accepts only payments from verified accounts belonging to the registered player.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

hz88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling PKR 30,000 from that bonus before withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino tables and certain slots may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the individual offer terms.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional bonus exploitation is not permitted and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering requirements system.
• hz88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance. Real-money balance is used before bonus balance unless otherwise specified.
• If you choose to make a withdrawal while bonus wagering requirements are not yet met, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited.

6. Betting and Casino Rules

All bets placed on the hz88 platform — whether on sports events, casino games or live casino tables — are final once confirmed. hz88 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in cases where a technical error has demonstrably occurred on the platform's side.

For sports betting, hz88 covers cricket including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments, alongside football, tennis and esports. Odds are displayed in PKR and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Live in-play betting is available on selected events and markets. hz88 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any event at any time without prior notice.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a match abandonment or void event, bets will be settled according to the published void and abandonment rules for that sport.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). hz88 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live casino game outcomes are governed by the rules of the live studio provider. hz88 is not responsible for errors made by third-party live dealers, but will escalate disputes to the relevant provider.
• Any attempt to exploit technical glitches, errors in odds, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in bet voidance and potential account closure.
• Winnings from casino and sports betting are credited to your account balance in PKR upon settlement.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hz88 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity information during registration or verification.
• Exploiting bonus offers in a systematic way that goes beyond personal recreational use.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are associated with fraudulent activity.
• Allowing a minor to access or use your hz88 account under any circumstances.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

hz88 collects and processes personal data provided during registration and account use — including your name, contact details, payment information and account activity — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and improving the platform experience.

Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and technical service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering the hz88 service. • You have the right to request access to the personal data hz88 holds about you.
• You may request correction of inaccurate data by contacting support with appropriate verification.
• Account closure requests are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data retention requirements.

9. Responsible Gaming

hz88 is an entertainment platform intended for adults who choose to participate in casino and sports betting for recreational purposes. The platform recognises that gambling involves financial risk and that some players may develop problematic patterns of play.

hz88 provides the following responsible gaming tools in your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely close your account and block re-registration for a set period.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

hz88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly in cases involving a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, identity verification failure, or prohibited activity as described in Section 7.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method in PKR, subject to standard identity verification checks.

• Accounts closed due to policy violations may have balances forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature of the violation.
• Accounts under active investigation will be suspended rather than closed until the review is complete.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the active exclusion period, regardless of the reason for the reopening request.

11. Limitation of Liability

hz88 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure uptime, reliability and accuracy of information, hz88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses caused by technical outages, third-party payment delays, or events outside its reasonable control.

hz88 is not responsible for losses resulting from your own decisions during casino gameplay or sports betting. Game outcomes and betting results are inherently uncertain. Participating in betting and casino games involves financial risk, and you accept that risk by using the platform.

• hz88 is not liable for losses caused by your failure to keep account credentials secure.
• hz88 is not responsible for errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• hz88 does not guarantee that promotional offers or bonuses will always be available. Offers may be withdrawn at any time.
• To the extent permitted, hz88's total liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

hz88 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact details on their account. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the hz88 platform following publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through support.
